Our commitment

Built to outlast trends

We design furniture with permanence in mind. Each piece is engineered to hold its structure, comfort, and character across decades of daily life — not just the first few years. Our warranty is an expression of that intent.

Lifetime Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser of NOGA upholstered sofas, sectionals, and chairs used in a private residential setting. It is non-transferable and comes into effect from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects — failures in structure or engineering that fall short of the standard we hold ourselves to. It is not a guarantee against the natural character that good furniture develops over time.

Effective: 25/05/26.

Making a claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your original proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.

If something is not right with a piece you purchased from us, we want to know.
