Telares wool rug Indigo is a handwoven rug from the Spanish brand Nanimarquina. Produced in Pakistan, the rug is based on a weaving technique where traditional craftsmanship meets a contemporary exploration of textile structure.
Designed by Nani Marquina, it is part of the Telares collection, known for its varied surface where multiple techniques are combined. The irregular pattern emerges from shifting density in the weave, creating a lively yet balanced overall look. Each rug is unique and reflects the weaver’s hand in the details.
The Indigo version is made from 100% hand-spun Afghan wool and dyed in a deep blue tone with natural tonal variations. The rug features a low, compact structure and a tactile surface suitable for dry indoor environments. It fits both private and public settings where a material-focused and visually restrained textile expression is desired.
