Service Projects
June 5, 2026

Meet the Copenhagen-based brand Service Projects, inspired by French bistros, Italian osterias and Japanese izakayas.
Service Projects began with a singular focus: creating the best stainless steel pieces for the table. Simple, durable and industrial. The company was founded in New York in late 2022, and in the four years since, Service Projects has relocated to Copenhagen and expanded its range. Today, the collections also include porcelain, from coffee cups and saucers to deep pasta bowls and other serving pieces.
The aesthetic remains consistent throughout. Surfaces are raw yet precise, and materials are chosen for their ability to age gracefully.

The inspiration comes from an informal restaurant culture where pace, presence and use are at the centre. There is a clear connection to that world, where function and pace place demands on both durability and presence. The objects are designed for intensive use, in kitchens, on tables, in motion. This approach is reflected in the imagery, which feels direct and intimate, rather than staged.

At a time when table settings are dominated by decoration, Service Projects appears almost as a counter movement. Here, the emphasis is placed on materiality, function and the rituals of everyday use. The result is a collection that feels both instinctive and distinctive, where each piece serves a clear purpose while retaining its own character.
