Module Table Full Set is part of a collection of six modular coffee and side tables designed by Willo Perron for Nordiska Galleriet (NOGA). The collection is based on the idea of modularity and the ability to combine the tables in many different ways. The set consists of five different modules.
“I have always loved the idea of modularity,” says Willo Perron. “It’s not about committing to a big system from the start — it’s about starting with a piece of furniture that feels right and letting it develop in step with your life.”
Each table is carefully handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in fiberglass, which is first cast in molds and then manually polished several times to achieve a high-gloss finish. The entire production process is done by hand and requires great craftsmanship.
Willo Perron, born in Montreal, is a creative director and designer who has been part of shaping the cultural zeitgeist for the past twenty years. He is considered one of the pioneers behind what is now called Artist Creative Direction. In the early 2000s, he moved to California and founded Willo Perron & Associates, where he created shows and world tours for artists such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Drake and Rihanna. He has also been creative director for fashion shows at Alexander Wang and Chanel, and designed the Grammy-winning album cover for St. Vincent's album Masseduction.
