The 77 Sofa 2-seater is part of the furniture series designed by Finn Juhl for the Danish company Bovirke. The series is characterized by a streamlined, industrial style. It is easily recognizable with its slim, almost invisible legs in satin-finish steel and the choice of wood and iron in typical Finn Juhl style. The sofa was used in several projects in which Finn Juhl was involved, including many of the SAS terminals he designed between 1957 and 1961. Besides the 77 Sofa 2-seater, the 77 Sofa 3-seater is also part of the same series.
