Silver Table is an oval table designed by the world famous Danish designer Finn Juhl. The table was originally made by master carver Niels Vodder, but is now manufactured by House of Finn Juhl, who relaunched it in 2014. The Silver Table is easily recognizable with its 30 sterling silver inlays (42 when the table is extended to its full length) that evoke a starry sky. The classic table has an extravagant and exclusive look thanks to its elegant details. The silver inlays may seem randomly positioned, but they show whether the table can seat 4, 6, 8 or 10 people. If the table is supplemented with folding plates, the silver inserts indicate the table can seat 14 people. Thanks to its size and design, the table lends itself well as a dining table and conference table.

Silver Table was first shown at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Exhibition in 1948, in a rosewood version from Brazil. Today the table is produced in three variants. The first version is made entirely of walnut and the second entirely of oak, while the third version has a teak top and an oak frame. The table is also available with or without a silver finish.
