Atelier September: A Place For Daytime Cooking Cookbook

Atelier September: A Place For Daytime Cooking is a cookbook from the acclaimed restaurant Atelier September in Copenhagen, created by chef and owner Frederik Bille Brahe. The book contains 86 recipes and presents a cuisine characterized by seasonal simplicity and everyday cooking. The recipes focus primarily on vegetarian dishes for breakfast and lunch – with dishes such as avocado mad, airy pancakes, seasonal soups, salads and matcha-based desserts. The style is personal and direct, in line with Brahe's previous book All the Stuff We Cooked, also published by Apartamento. In addition to the recipes, the book contains texts and reflections from Atelier September's first year, where food's connection to memory, space and community is at the center. Photographs by Rasmus Weng Karlsen convey an atmosphere of stillness, movement and timeless aesthetics.

The book is part of New Mag's range of cookbooks and is recommended for anyone looking for vegetarian food inspiration with a Scandinavian touch.
