Vegetal jute rug Brown is a handwoven rug from the Spanish brand Nanimarquina. The brand works closely with weavers in India, Nepal, and Pakistan, with a strong focus on natural materials, traditional craftsmanship, and sustainable practices.

Designed by Ariadna Miquel and Nani Marquina, the rug is part of the Vegetal collection – a series centered around jute. The material is used in its raw form, preserving its original structure and allowing for slight variations in surface density and tone. Each rug is entirely handwoven, showcasing the character of the fiber rather than concealing it.

Vegetal Brown features a muted brown shade that enhances the natural look of the jute. The dense, low surface adds subtle texture to the space without being overpowering. The rug is suited for dry indoor environments where durability and material honesty are key – such as living rooms, hallways, or workspaces.
