28.3 Floor is a floor lamp designed by Omer Arbel for the Canadian lighting brand Bocci. The lamp has a frame made of untreated brass or metal with a rubberized finish. The brass finish will develop a beautiful patina over time thanks to its untreated finish. The metal version with a rubberized finish has a matte finish and a "soft" surface. In addition to the choice of materials for the frame, you also have the option of choosing between two different heights of either 90 or 180 cm. Whatever the size, the 28.3 Floor is equipped with three blue glass domes. The glass domes have a unique shape that is achieved through a complex glass-blowing technique. The result is an elongated spherical shape with a collection of internal shapes, one of which acts as a shield for the skylight. Each globe is equipped with an LED lightbulb. The brightness can be easily adjusted with a dimmable brass dimmer mounted on the lamp's power cord.
