New history takes shape
In 1912, the farmer's son Anders Andersson had a large and lavish building constructed on the corner of Nybrogatan/Riddargatan in the National Romantic style. This is where the history of Nordiska Galleriet begins, which will become an obvious destination for exclusive furniture and modern design in Stockholm.

Our history began in 1912 when the house on Nybrogatan was built. The house that is still our home today. Under the name Nordiska Galleriet, the shop took shape, which over time became an internationally recognized institution in the world of design.
