Pivot™+ - Black is a wine preservation system from the Coravin brand. The high-tech system combines preservation with aeration when you use the Pivot™ unit together with the included Pivot Aerator wine aerator. The result is a deep, silky and more aromatic wine in just seconds. The remaining wine is then preserved for up to four weeks, ensuring a tasty and fresh glass of wine whenever you feel like it. The Pivot™+ wine preservation system allows you to open your favourite wine or a special bottle of wine, pour a glass without worrying about the remaining wine losing its flavour. Choose between Black and Grey finishes.

To use the Pivot™+ system, start by inserting the Coravin Pure™ Argon Capsule, which is filled with argon gas that creates an overpressure in the wine bottle allowing the wine to drain out. Then open the bottle and replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper. Then insert the Pivot™ device, tilt the bottle over the wine glass and press the button to pour the wine. To aerate the wine as well, attach the included Pivot™ Aerator to the Pivot Stopper, and you'll have a smooth and aromatic wine equivalent to 60-90 minutes of decanting. When you're done, remove the Pivot unit and immediately close the stopper Pivot™ Stopper.
