The POC Grapefruit Knife is a small knife, perfectly suited for cutting grapefruit and other citrus fruits, from the French brand Cristel. The curved and soft blade is equipped with small spines to easily and smoothly cut through pulp. The knife - which is made of stainless steel - is part of the POC collection, whose name is an acronym for "petits outils de cuisine" which translates to "small kitchen utensils".
