This frying pan has an InductoBase® base with 7 layers of aluminium that contributes to the right temperature for each ingredient. In addition, an even distribution of heat over the entire base is guaranteed. The Apollo 7 Tray/Saute pan can be used in the oven and on all types of stoves, including induction hobs. Thanks to TriplInduc® technology, it even works more efficiently on induction hobs in particular. To make the lidless pan last longer, the stainless steel has been refined with Silvinox®. This provides better protection for the material against dirt or fingerprints and makes cleaning easier.
