Falena is a floor lamp designed in 1994 by Alvaro Siza for Italian FontanaArte. The lamp has an arm in chrome-plated metal, a base in glass and two shades in anodised aluminum. The combination of materials creates a futuristic and elegant floor lamp that can be adapted to different applications. The floor lamp is height and width adjustable. The brightness can also be adjusted with an integrated dimmer function. Falena can also be used as a lamp but also as a more decorative general lighting solution. In the same series from FontanaArte there is also a table lamp and a wall lamp.
