IO is a wall lamp designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune for the FontanaArte brand. The lamp is made of aluminum and has the shape of a table top. The IO may appear to be narrow, but never so wide as to be too wide. The lamp is usually placed at a distance that allows the gentle light to reach the wall with an intimate lighting effect. The lamp has a minimalist design with a double rotating shaft that allows the diffuser to be rotated 360 degrees, letting you direct the light exactly where you want it. But not only is it rotatable, the diffuser can also move up and down to suit your needs. The IO is ideal for use as a bedside lamp, but also works well for illuminating office floors and corridors, both in private and public environments.
