Georg Jensen's Bonbonniere Onion is a candy bowl that was designed in 2014. The base of the bowl is made of stainless steel with a polished surface and the elegant lid is made of natural colored oak wood. The inspiration behind the design of the Bonbonniere Onion candy bowl was taken from Henning Koppel's collection of silver candy bowls from the 1960s. The bowl was originally conceived in silver and dark wood but was then changed to a combination of cold steel and warm oak, which has given Koppel's timeless design a modern expression. The bowl can be used to serve treats or store smaller items in.
