Between 1952 and 1954, the Frenchman Mathieu Matégot developed a shelving system that would come to be known as Démon. The shelves in the series are now in production thanks to Danish Gubi. Démon is characterized by its modernist design and its unique weaving that really makes these bookshelves stand out from the crowd. In the Démon2x4 version, the shelf comes with two black lacquered metal wings and four wooden shelves. Choose between a matte lacquered oak, black-stained ash, or matte lacquered walnut finish. You can also choose between two different widths of 95 or 155 cm.
The Démon2x4 is part of the Démon shelving system, so this bookcase can be combined with other shelves from the same series. At Nordiska Galleriet you will find all variants in the series.
