The first collaboration between Victor Vasilev and Oluce resulted in 2015 in the Superluna lighting range, which included the Superluna 397 floor lamp. The range is Vasilev's personal reflection of Vico Magistretti's iconic lamps for Oluce. Superluna 397 was developed in an effort to develop iconic shapes and enhance the potential of light. The lamp has a slender metal body that houses the electronic components. The light of the concealed light sources is reflected on the semi-circular shades in black or brass. The result is a floor lamp that emits a pleasant, almost magical light. The two arms of the Superluna 397 can be rotated to choose the direction in which the light is diffused.In 2018, the Superluna range, which also includes a table lamp, was awarded the German Design Award.
