The CTX Deep Tractor Pan with Lid - 26 cm is a deep tractor pan with matching lid from the Danish brand Scanpan. The tractor pan has a deep design with high practical edges and is made of five layers of stainless steel, which ensures even heat distribution and long heat retention. The tractor pan is also equipped with a CTX Ceramic Titanium Extreme coating, which is a non-toxic coating. This provides superior results thanks to its GreenTek grade that eliminates health and environmentally hazardous PFOA substances. The pan has a convenient nonstick coating and can withstand heat up to 260 degrees.
