Inku Chef's Knife is a chef's knife designed by master chef Sergio Herman for the Serax brand. The knife is made of stainless steel with a cherry wood handle. The blade of the knife perfectly beveled so that you can always see the tip of the knife when cutting. The handle is designed to fit comfortably in the hand.
Inspiration for the knives in the Inku series comes from Sergio Herman's travels to Japan. For a chef, a good quality knife is part of the basic equipment in the kitchen. Sergio Herman has looked at the big picture and created a range of high quality knives without compromising on design.
