Hurricane Lamp Soda is a mouth blown candle lantern in glass from the Swedish brand Skogsberg & Smart. The lantern was created using an ancient crafting technique that involves the addition of sodium carbonate during the manufacturing process. The sodium carbonate causes bubbles to form inside the glass mass, giving each lantern its own character and luster. The candle lantern comes in a variety of colors that allow you to create playful color combinations.
Glass is a light material, so to wash the lantern use a soft sponge and lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Never wash in the dishwasher. To clean the outside, use a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid the use of sharp objects, chemicals or extensive polishing as this may damage the surface. To keep the lantern shining, wash it by hand with a mild detergent and then wipe gently with a soft cloth.
