Lilla Åland by Carl Malmsten is a clear favorite and a big seller. Collaboration with designers such as Mattias Ljunggren, Marit Stigsdotter and Måns Sjöstedt creates innovative, affordable furniture and textiles that are admired the world over.

A steady stream of new products and developments

Stolab is constantly working to develop and innovate design elements with good functionality. In the Prio storage range, designed by Måns Sjöstedt, attention to detail, design and function take top priority, giving the furniture a natural and exclusive look. Prio is made of solid beech or oak. Stolab has received several prestigious awards, including the 1997 Swedish Design Award for the Button stool, the 2011 Stockholm Furniture Fair Supplier of the Year award, and the 2014 Design Policy award. All design and production takes place in Smålandsstenar, which makes everyone feel involved and responsible for the whole process, from the original idea to the finished product. It also means that Stolab’s high standards of quality, environmental responsibility and sustainability can be achieved.
