Tom Dixon's Etch 32 cm was designed by Dixon himself in 2009. The lamp comes in four different variants, depending on the color, made of aluminium or brass. Dixon was inspired by the logic of mathematics when designing the lamp and it has been given its geometric shape. The pendant lamp is made from razor-thin metal plates etched through a digital process. The detailed patterns of the metal plates ensure that the lamp spreads a pleasant light while casting interesting shadows around it when the lamp is lit.
