Sherazade is a sofa designed by Francesco Binfaré for Italian Edra. Shaped like a classic mattress decorated with cushions in assorted designs, the sofa has its similarities with historical oriental furniture in comfort and freedom without any limitations. Sherazade has a wooden veneer frame upholstered with Edra's patented Gellyfoam® and synthetic wadding for optimal comfort. The cushions consist of two pyramid cushions with an integrated weight and anti-slip device that function as back support for the two square cushions (70 x 70 cm) stuffed with down feathers. One cylindrical and one rectangular cushion, also stuffed with down feathers. The removable upholstery is available in a wide variety of fabrics and leathers, from velvet to faux fur.

With its versatile design, Sherazade has many uses and the different cushions can be positioned to suit all needs. Thanks to its clean design, the sofa can be placed in any space in the home and looks equally at home in the middle of a room or in the corner of one. Two pieces can be placed side by side to create a larger resting or lounge area.
