Komplot Design the Calabash P1 ceiling lamp for Fritz Hansen in 2011. The lamp has an aluminum shade available in gold, silver, black or gray. The shade in gold and silver has a high gloss chrome plated lacquered finish that reflects the surroundings. It is also equipped with a reflector to increase the downward light and provide a warm pleasant glow. Calabash P1 comes with a black fabric cord. P1 is the smallest of the three sizes. We also offer the models P2 and P3.
The inspiration behind the organically curved lampshade comes from the natural shape of a calabash pumpkin. Calabash has a unique character that looks good on its own or in a group, where the varied sizes and sizes of the lamp together form a beautiful constellation.
