Lan Rug Indigo is a series of rugs from GAN, designed by the creative team Neri&Hu. The inspiration behind this collection was taken from a traditional Chinese storage box with a beautiful indigo blue color. This indigo blue color led to the creation of wool carpets in various shades of blue, with red and white details. After the design process was completed, the collection was named "Lan" which pays homage to the Chinese word for indigo. Lan Rug Indigo offers several designs and variants.
