Launched in 2016, Global Ni is a collection of razor-sharp knives with an oriental design. Like the knives in Global's classic series, they are made from a single layer of steel but with slightly coarser blades and an extra sharpening for exceptional sharpness. The Ni knives also feature a new handle that is larger but with a tapered shape filled with sea sand to create a well-balanced, stable and ergonomic grip. The characteristic dot pattern has also been given an updated bright and elegant design.
