Launched in 2012, the Global Sai is a collection of knives in a beautiful hammered finish. The knives feature the same strong steel blend as Global's classic range but are fitted with two extra layers of steel, which provide a rust-resistant finish and exceptionally hard edges. The hammered finish of the blade also means that no two knives are exactly alike.
