The Copenhague CPH30 Walnut dining table was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the Danish brand HAY. The table consists of a plywood top in walnut or linoleum that can be chosen in several colors. The tabletop edge matches the base, which is made of lacquered solid walnut. Copenhague CPH30 Walnut has angled legs and the same strong identity that is consistent throughout the Copenhague collection. The table is ideal for use in both public and private environments. The table is also available in oak.
The Copenhague collection consists of several tables designed in 2013 by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec especially for the University of Copenhagen. The furniture has a welcoming, homey look but is also made to be durable and easy to care for. These were important requirements from the university when producing the series. Using a rich design history combined with modern technology, the Bouroullec brothers took on the task. A broad series with an independent design language.
