Goose Eye Icon is a series of woven rugs from Swedish Kasthall, designed by Gunilla Lagerhem Ullberg. The rug is made according to traditional Swedish weaving traditions and a modern interpretation of the classic pattern. The variations in the yarn colors provide a more subtle contrast to the pattern, creating a sophisticated, more abstract and contemporary feel. Kasthall places great emphasis on quality and the skilled craftsmanship behind each rug ensures durability for generations of use and everyday wear and tear. Larger mats are equipped with backing to provide increased stability. Due to the properties of the natural material and the various craft processes, variations in the dimensions of up to 5% can occur, which contributes to the unique feel and personal character of each rug.
