Acanto is a stylish chair designed by Antonio Citterio that he himself calls a conversation chair. The chair is available with or without a shorter armrest in solid oak, as is the base, which carries itself elegantly with its soft shapes paired with occasional straight lines that break up and create a nice balance. The upholstery is available in leather or textile and the seat is upholstered with flexible polyurethane foam wrapped in fibre-polyester.
Acanto comes from the Acro collection and has a big brother, Acanto 14, which has a slightly different leg profile. The base is available in five different finishes, all in oak. Acanto is suitable for many different purposes, for example as a desk chair or as a dining chair if you want to combine several pieces for a dining table group.
