The Pavilion series consists of &Tradition chairs and armchairs created by the Norwegian design team Anderssen & Voll. Their inspiration came from the Langeliniepavillonen, a party venue in Copenhagen originally built in 1884. This pavilion has survived more than 130 years and been renovated twice, with the current structure being designed by Eva and Niels Koppel in 1958. The building represents a tribute to modernism and it was this historic building that provided the basis for Anderssen & Voll to design the Pavilion chair - an armchair that combines durability, functionality and a contemporary design.
