The desk chair 3217 Sereis 7 is now available in the special edition Spectrum - a front-covered desk chair in gray tones. The chair still features a height-adjustable base on castors and a leather-upholstered seat. The back of the seat is made of colored ash veneer. The uniform color scheme gives the chair a soft look and makes it suitable for both a modern and a classic home. The Sereis 7 is one of Fritz Hansen's most popular chairs and has become an icon around the world. The original was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955, and its unique shape is made possible by the shell being made of nine layers of compression molded veneer surrounded by two layers of cotton. Nordiska Galleriet was the first distributor of Sereis 7 in Sweden, and the chair is still our best-selling piece of furniture today. Sereis 7 combines form, function and modern design history, making it a classic and our favorite.
